Abstract: El ensayo basado en el trabajo de investigación tipo tesis titulado “El talento emocional como factor que incrementa la moral del personal naval”, pretende demostrar cómo la filosofía institucional ha establecido nuevos retos de comportamiento que requieren el desarrollo de la inteligencia emocional del personal naval.
