Abstract
Based on this new educational reality and facing any type of emergency that prevents the presence in classrooms, CESNAV conceives the creation of the Hybrid School Modality (MEH), in order to preserve student’s full-time study, but now, in a convergence of presence-based and e-learning modalities, taking on the advantages that each offers to the teaching-learning process. The scenario of the «new normality» forces to plan challenges and opportunities that push forward the development of the MEH with the aim to continue and maintain the quality in the postgraduate studies of the naval personnel, and of course, taking on the advantage of the experience and infrastructure built by the e-learning modality.
