Abstract
El presente artículo destaca la importancia de las Fuerzas Especiales de la Armada de México como elemento estratégico para hacer frente a las actividades de la delincuencia organizada; enfatiza las características del perfil del personal de Fuerzas Especiales, destacando la necesidad de contar con comandantes jóvenes que sean capaces de cumplir con la misión asignada por el Mando, demostrando alta eficacia y eficiencia. Cabe señalar que cada comandante debe poseer competencias y habilidades
que no son innatas y que, en el marco de la gestión del talento humano sería posible desarrollarlas en un «Curso de Liderazgo Experto», propuesta obtenida para resolver esta problemática en la institución, ya que no se cuenta con tiempo suficiente para lograr adquirir la experiencia requerida con base en su operatividad.
This article exposes the importance of the Special Forces of the Mexican Navy as a strategic element in addressing the activities of organized crime that have altered the functioning of the institution national. Emphasizing the profile characteristics of Special Forces personnel and as well the need to have young commanders who are able to fulfill the mission assigned by the Command demonstrating high efficiency and effectiveness. However, each commander must possess competencies and skills that are not innates and that, within the framework of the management of human talent it would be possible to develop them in an «Expert Course», proposal obtained to solve this problem in the institution, since there is not enough time to get the required experience based on its operativity.
