El arte operacional ruso frente a la OTAN

Abstract

El presente artículo se centra en el estudio de la evolución del nuevo arte operacional ruso. Analiza como casos de estudio la guerra en Siria y la guerra de Ucrania en las que ha participado la Federación Rusa. Detalla cómo ha logrado fusionar dentro de su arte operacional el empleo de las capacidades civiles y militares. Se relaciona con el empleo de los factores PMSEII y cómo estos han logrado moldear el análisis del entorno operacional para el desarrollo de las operaciones militares rusas. A lo largo del artículo se va detallando la estrecha relación que guarda el arte operacional ruso, con el empleo de métodos híbridos para desarrollar operaciones en los diferentes ámbitos y dominios, con el fin de creae un entorno favorable para lograr los objetivos de la Federación Rusa.

This article focuses on the study of the evolution of the new Russian operational art. It analyzes as case studies the War in Syria and the War in Ukraine in which the Russian Federation has participated. It details how it has managed to merge within its operational art, the use of civilian and military capabilities. It relates to the use of PMSEII factors and how these have managed to shape the analysis of the operational environment for the development of Russian military operations. Throughout the article, the close relationship of the new Russian operational art is detailed, with the use of hybrid methods to develop operations in the different fields and domains, in order to create a favorable environment to achieve the objectives of the Russian Federation.
